decision for some, and I applaud you for taking the time to look for a

good company. Many people seek therapy. Why? The answer is easy-to
improve your quality of life, let go of past hurts, and brighten your
future.
In therapy,
I encourage my clients to discuss their concerns and feelings and
identify their hopes for change. Therapy is viewed as a partnership and
goals for therapy are discussed together. The process of therapy is
paced for the client's comfort. In other words, I will not force you to
discuss an issue or make a change until YOU are ready!
Many clients
have some anxiety or fear about going to see a therapist. That is
normal. But don't let that stop YOU! Please know that deciding to see a
therapist is one of the healthiest acts you can make on behalf of your
mental health!
