Welcome to my webpage! If you are reading this welcome message, it must mean that you are considering therapy for you or a loved one. That is a tough decision for some, and I applaud you for taking the time to look for a therapist who will be a good fit for you. Please read on, and feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

You are in good company. Many people seek therapy. Why? The answer is easy-to improve your quality of life, let go of past hurts, and brighten your future.

In therapy, I encourage my clients to discuss their concerns and feelings and identify their hopes for change. Therapy is viewed as a partnership and goals for therapy are discussed together. The process of therapy is paced for the client's comfort. In other words, I will not force you to discuss an issue or make a change until YOU are ready!

Many clients have some anxiety or fear about going to see a therapist. That is normal. But don't let that stop YOU! Please know that deciding to see a therapist is one of the healthiest acts you can make on behalf of your mental health!

Past clients comment that they value my professional skills but benefit even more from my warm and down-to-earth style. Many a client has exclaimed, "How did you know what I was thinking!" or asked, "Why did I wait so long to come here?" So don't delay! Make the time for you!

I offer a FREE brief phone consultation for new clients prior to their first appointment!  I look forward to your call!
