Licensure Supervision

Supervision fees depend upon time and location of supervision time.

The goal of supervision is to help the supervisee grow professionally as well as move toward the next level of licensure.  Ms. Gebhart views the supervision process as an integral part of professional development and an interactional process in which the supervisee seeks help, asks questions, and shares progress while Ms. Gebhart probes for understanding and assessment of skill level, recommends professional activities, and coaches the supervisee toward professional advancement.

Supervisee is responsible to fill out, submit, and retain a copy of:

  1. Registration of Supervision
  2. Contract for Supervision
  3. Supervision Change of Status
  4. Application for Licensure
  5. Attestation of Supervised Social Work Experience
  6. Supervision Termination

Supervisor is responsible to fill out, submit, and retain a copy of:

  1. CLCR Process Check List
  2. Licensure Supervision Agreement
  3. Supervision Report/Evaluation Report
  4. Missouri Licensure Communication with Supervisor Log
  5. Supervision Quarterly Report
